THE COMPANY'S HISTORY

    The Company was founded by Kean Fulton. Though incorporated in 2007, the business is a continuation of the Fulton's many years in the marine Industry. This covers more than 20 years in the yacht servicing business.

    The Fulton's realized that the marine waste management business was a sleeping giant. Being in the business they were aware of the massive non-compliance with waste disposal requirements by the recreational and commercial boating community. Researching the legislative background, both Federal and State, it was obvious that accelerated efforts would be forthcoming in regulating raw sewerage dumping into waterways. The impediment to compliance was the lack of economical and accessible legal waste management disposal. This led to the formulation for the Company's low cost yearly pump out program for recreational and commercial vessels.
